• We accept the following credit cards – VISA, MASTER

• The order is binding upon payment, with confirmed approved transaction. Please print the confirmation for proof of transaction.

• Cancellation 2 weeks or more before the appointment, we refund 80% of the total price.

• Cancellation 2 weeks – 24 hours before the appointment, we refund 50% of the total price.

• Cancellation less than 24 hours before the appointment, we refund 0% of the total price.

• Cancellation due to illness/injury that can be confirmed by a doctor’s certificate, we refund 90% – regardless of the time of cancellation.

• Cancellation by TrollAktiv Drift AS – We can offer an alternative activity or a 100% refund of the total price.

• To cancel, we ask you to send the order confirmation via post or e-mail to TrollAktiv Drift AS. Please provide bank account number and contact details for refund.

All objects that are found in TrollAktiv Hove are registered with the date when they are handed in, and are kept at reception. All other lost property will be stored with us for 14 days. It is then collected and sorted. Worthless things are thrown away. Clothes, shoes, toys etc. are collected and sent to orphanages (usually in Brazil).
